The main Portuguese forum for textile innovation is again challenging companies to demonstrate their ability to develop and present new solutions. Preparing for Modtissimo’s next edition, the iTechStyle Showcase has applications open until August 7th and is looking for the most innovative and technological fabrics, products and accessories.
One of Modtissimo’s main stages and a mandatory stopping point for all the event’s visitors, it brings together in each new edition the biggest novelties in the textile industry in terms of Innovation & Development. iTechStyle Showcase opened this week a new cycle of applications and the chosen products will be presented at the Portuguese textile show next edition, scheduled for September 23rd and 24th, at Alfândega do Porto.
Companies interested in participating should submit their applications through the CITEVE platform, which until August 7th has available forms for the presentation of technical fabrics, innovative products and textile accessories.
In addition to serving as a showcase for the Portuguese textile innovation – and promoting the exchange of contacts and knowledge between companies, research centres and buyers – the iTechStyle Showcase is also the antechamber for the iTechStyle Awards, the Portuguese textile industry innovation awards. The articles presented at the forum will then be evaluated by the jury and selected for the next edition of the contest.
